No hidden fees. We include 30 minutes of waiting time for all round-trips. Extra waiting is AED 20 per 15 minutes. Night rides (12 am - 7 am) have a small AED 75 fee, except for fixed-rate airport transfers.

We transport all pets - from tiny hamsters to giant hounds. If they fit comfortably in our vehicles, they are welcome to ride with us.

Yes, we require a copy of your pet's up-to-date vaccination certificate to keep our community of pets healthy. We deep-clean and sanitize our Fetch Pet Taxi after every passenger.

Every Fetch Pet Taxi is fitted with a spacious XL safety crate. We can also use your pet's own carrier or safety harness. For exotic pets, we ask they travel in their own travel-safe containers.
How early should I book a pet taxi in Dubai?
We're usually ready to roll within an hour! However, to get your preferred driver or time slot, we recommend booking a bit in advance.
Do you handle pets with special needs?
